Camaraderie Amongst School Bus Drivers at Base in Minneapolis

Northstar Bus Lines and American Student Transportation in Minneapolis are all about camaraderie amongst employees. We thrive on being one big family, and love hearing voices in the breakroom in-between routes. We often embrace this camaraderie by hosting company wide events to keep us all connected, and recognize the work we do.

Events at base consist of a variety of celebrations, competitions, and challenges. For those favored competitions, we implemented a trophy system.
